  • Weather determines when and if the maple sap flows. This weekend was selected because it historically is prime time for maple tapping in our region. In the event that sap is not flowing during this weekend, the program will be modified to exclude tapping and collection. The rest of the program will go on as scheduled. If 2019 is the rare spring when sap does not flow at all, we will contact you to cancel the event and fully refund you.
